I don't count it because I drink caffeinated coffee (decaf is a waste of good coffee, IMO) and caffeine is a diuretic (saps water out of your body, aka makes you pee a lot). Some count it for half the amount (ie, if you drink 16oz coffee, count 8oz)....  Read more
