Focusing on mini-goals works for me. IE, I want to be down to 235 by 4/30/15, am at 239.2 right now, overall goal is 211. So I break my 211 down into more manageable chunks-if I hit 235 by 4/30, then I'll try to hit 225 by 5/30, etc.... Read more
