Got a nice run in yesterday. Thanks, local bike shop for reinflating the jogging stroller tires. Pushing 70 lb of boys 8 blocks to the shop on flat tires was a good workout; having full tires made the rest of the run fly! Nice to run hard and fast....  Read more
