Yaay I lost 4 lbs this week. I definitely think adding exercise helps. I've created my own routine and I'm sticking to it. 1500 calories a day, no juice, no deep fried foods, and carbs 1x a week and I'm still alive.Keep the fight to be healthy alive...  Read more
