I've done grated cauliflower in place of rice. Hubby won't eat it, but I think it's quite nice with curry (just make sure you squeeze the water out). My sis uses grated cauli to make pizza crust; I've seen a version on SparkRecipes here, too....  Read more

My sister likes to make cauliflower pizza crust. She said the key is to get most of the water squeezed out, and make sure you pat the crust pretty thin, so it cooks all the way. I think she might pre-bake it before she puts toppings on it, too....  Read more
