I am so very proud of myself. I just finished doing 10 yoga ball squats, 10 yoga ball push ups, 10 regular squats, 10 3 lb weight arm circles, 10 2 lb weight arm circles, 10 toe touches and I also walked 3012 steps. I lost 42 calories from my steps....  Read more
