Was 208 this morning. I did 20 minute elliptical warmup. 40 minute weights,jogged two miles ,hiked 1 mile, lunch was another 2 mile jog, then, worked all day, ended with 2 mile mountain bike ride uphill. Now, I'm 206 this evening. :)...  Read more

I have been using the elliptical trainer now for about a month and daily for 30-45 minutes and I haven't lost that much weight but I was starting 206 now 201-200 I need to lose more but not sure what else to do? Any tips? I log my eating intake....  Read more
