Too much info. drank 2 litres of water today, don't always as it depends on work diary. Today I'd had 1.5L by 2pm, 2L by 3.30. From 2 onwards I'm going to toilet every 45 mins, great for steps but not good if I have meeting. Is this "normal"?...  Read more
