I have done insanity.. t25.. and p90x3.. but there is no weight loss.. before I start insanity.. i weighted 65kg but after that i weight 75kg and get wider with fat!! My goal is to have a six pax without getting bulky.. i eat right.. seriously i eat...  Read more
