Help - Answer

  • How do I turn off the meal plans and track my own food?

We realize not everyone wants to follow a meal plan, so we allow you to find and track nutrition information from our 10,000+ item food database.

  1. 1. Click the my Nutrition tab at the top of your Start page.
  2. 2. Click "Don't Show Meal Plans" at the top right of the Nutrition Tracker to hide the meal plans.
  3. 3. Click the "Add a Food" button.
  4. 4. Type the food you want to look for in the box that says “Search for Foods by Name” and select to search “Any of these words” or “All of these words”. Click “Search”.
  5. 5. Select the food that you had, or the food that is closest to what you had.
  6. 6. Type in your serving size. Note: The down arrow usually has other serving size choices. You can also type in decimals for your serving size. For example, .25, 1.5, etc.
  7. 7. Select the meal you would like to add this food to (breakfast, snack, etc.). Select the checkbox to add this food to your Favorites list if you would like to access it quickly in the future.
  8. 8. Click "Add Food" at the bottom to add this to your Nutrition Tracker for that day.

These muffins are very filling!

The whole wheat flour makes for a dense muffin, which I like. You only need to eat one! If you want a lighter muffin try using whole wheat pastry flour, which is more finely ground and available in the bulk bins at larger grocery stores.
