Help - Answer
You can do this from two places.
From your Start Page, find where your calorie goals are listed towards the bottom of your My Tools section. Click the "change" link next to your calorie goal. From your myNutrition Page, click the "Change Nutrition Goals" button at the top of the page. You can then edit, remove, or add calorie and nutrient goals and click "Save Your Changes" at the bottom of the page. Note: The meal plans will adjust for your new caloric goal, still following American Heart Association guidelines. However, if you change other nutrient goals such as carbs or protein, your meal plans will not adjust for these changes, but will still follow AHA recommendations.
