All you need is a set of dumbbells and a computer with Internet access to follow along with the streaming workout videos.

    I joined one of these before and it really is a great jump start to the year! I came out of it toned and lost several pounds... but best of all I felt great!     This challenge was tailor-made for my problems--I am much better with diet than exercise and when I do exercise, it tends to be cardio, neglecting strength-training and stretching, which is dumb because when I do strength-train and stretch, it really improves my ability to do cardio longer and better. I am hoping this boot camp gives me the kick I need in the bootie to correct those oversights, and get me into a more rounded and balanced fitness regimen. - 1/3/2013   12:06:23 PM

    I'm thinking about it. Usually anything that uses words like "power", "turbo", or "boot camp" to describe it scare me, but I feel like I didn't make any headway this year.
