I love cauliflower and broccoli ! Of all the veggies out there, those were the two that I would eat as a kid and I still eat them as an adult !

Do sweet potatoes count as a winter veggie ? Ever since Thanksgiving, I've been on a sweet potato kick. I've been eating those along with Japanese yams. those are really yummy too.

Farm box in January?? Lucky person. We in the more northern states have to wait until late April/early May before we start getting them. I'm jealous. - 1/26/2012   7:15:06 AM
Lots of good recipes to try. I've saved several to my "cookbook" for future reference.
The cauliflower pizza looks unique - but definately a must try! - 1/25/2012   7:03:16 PM
