    Send Your Sugar Cravings Packing was of interest to me. I've read Gary Taubes' "Good Calories Bad Calories" and learned so much about how sugars/refined starches makes us fat, since they spike INSULIN levels and make us crave more. I have to stay away from them since I have Insulin Resistance/Metabolic Syndrome. Dr. Atkins knew what he was talking about on this subject. - 9/1/2011   7:11:38 PM
