Find out what the SparkPeople team had to say about these sweet treats:
  • I think I found my new favorite ice cream sandwich!  Can’t believe this is better for you.  I usually don’t like “Healthy Desserts,” but this one was delicious.  I didn’t feel like I was missing out on anything like I do with other food with the fat or sugar taken out.
  • I had one of the ice cream sandwiches. I was pleasantly surprised with the taste of the product. I love ice cream sandwiches and I would be happy to eat one of these any day! And it’s a BIG treat for only 140 calories.
  • Good size sandwich for the amount of calories, and good taste. If I didn’t know better, I probably wouldn’t have guessed it was a low calorie snack!

  • DANG GOOD. I just had one of the vanilla ice cream sandwiches and was very impressed. There was a real nice chocolate flavor to the cookie wafers. I’ll be purchasing these for sure!

  • I thought the ice cream sandwiches were very big – very creamy and tasted good.  I think they’d be very good for someone with a sweet tooth who still wants to be sensible about how many calories their dessert is going to add to their total for the day.

I just tried skinny cow ice cream cones after reading everyones reviews and I most say they were great. I will be trying the strawberry shortcake sandwich next time. Report
I am on my 5 day of no sugar as i am type 2 diabetic . If i eat sugary foods it really affects my eyes. will any of these products cause ill effects associated with diabetes Report
I'm big on fiber and protein counts. I've tried the fudge bar from WW, Skinny Cow and Aldi's Fit n Active brand. I love the Skinny Cow taste, but the other two have more fiber and protein. Aldi's is a better deal. For 6 bars for $3 and the nutrition is 100 cal, 1 fat, 24 carbs, 5 fiber and 4 protein. I'm not an ice cream sandwich girl, don't like the soggy cookie, so I guess I wouldn't like the soft cone either.

nothing will beat eating natural foods within the personal proportioned values needed for losing weight, controlling sugars/carbs and limiting fat. Report
I love the flavor of mint- the Skinny Cow mint icecream sandwiches satisfy my cravings ! Report
I did ww for 1 1/2 years and I find all their food good. They are healthier choices and still give you a little snack when needed. WW breads are good too. Report
Another die-hard Skinny Cow aficionado checking in :) Report
I tried the Ice Cream Cones and did NOT like the soggy cone at all. I LOVE the Skinny Cow Ice Cream Cone Brand and will never buy anything but !! Report
My favorite is the Dark Chocolate Raspberry Ice Cream Bar - SO delicious! Report
I love the WW fudgesicles @ 110 calories.
They are creamy and delicious.
I'm having one now. Report
I buy the Aldi brand "light" ice cream sandwiches that look just like these. My fiance would eat a half-gallon of ice cream in one sitting, so this helps to satisfy a craving while maintaining portion control. Obviously not the healthiest of treats, but as part of a well-managed diet, an occasional treat won't kill me! Report
These are not healthy, only lower in calories than regular ice cream. Report
These are wonderful... I have the Dark Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake ice cream bars in the freezer. Report
They have a giant fudge bar that is absolutely wonderful.(WW)
I have no choice but to use the "fake" sugar, since I am diabetic.
I have also eaten the skinny cow products, some are better than others.
Where I live they are all expensive, sk is the same price as ww.

All this said, I don't keep them around very often, They are a binge just waiting to happen, a delicious binge, but binge nonetheless. Report
yummy!!!! Report
That's a HUGE ice cream sandwich! Report
It's all good in moderation Report
do WW products ever go on sale like skinny cow? They're a little pricey. Report
I love ice cream, this ay just do the job. Report
I haven't tried WW ice cream sandwiches..I purchased the ones by Skinny Cow because they were on sale. It was great! I was craving something sweet and I saw an ad pop up while on this site. I kept me from Brewsters and that key lime pie ice cream in a waffle bowl...Yeaaaa me. It was hard, but I survived another day. Report
The ice cream sandwiches are so rich... An easy FIVE STARS. They are a great size and you feel no deprivation. Report
These treats were really good when I was on weight watchers, there are a couple of down falls to them though. Being with spark people has taught me the importance of a well balanced meal plan. Weight watchers products have very little nutritional value and a lot of unnatural ingredients. If I'm going to treat myself with something sweet I believe you will be more fullfilled with full flavor taste of the real thing, something that actually satisfies nutrition to your body. Report
I have tried both the WW and Skinny Cow, and actually prefer the Meijer brand/WW knock off. :-} Report
Yummy, but drawback is that I want to eat the whole box!! Report
I'm a Skinny Cow girl. (Which is a lot different from being a skinny cowgirl!) Report
I'm a WW member, but I prefer Skinny Cow products. Report
This may be a "sponsored blog" but how is it different than the restaurant reviews from last year? The site has to have income from somewhere to keep it going and still be free. I appreciate reviews of different items that may be available. If you don't want to buy it, that's always your decision. Report
I ate these constantly before I started this weight loss journey. They are all really great, no matter which one you try. My only issue with them is they were an invitation to midnight snacking right before bed--for me personally--so they are not in the freezer for now. Report
This sounds interesting. I will have to try them instead next time of the low-cal fruit bars I just bought. Report
I may try them but do really like Skinny Cow treats when I can't resist. Report
I think I will pass on WW desserts. I'm trying to say away from fake sugars Report
I used to buy WW frozen ice cream products as well as some of their other products, including baked goods. But they started using tropical oils (palm, palm kernel, coconut, etc.) in them, so I avoid them now. Report
Thank you for all this good information.
I might go check them out next week. Report
I have looked at the Weight Watchers frozen treats in the supermarket. However, I always read the ingredient labels. Last time I looked they had a lot of sugar in them. I use another brand that has no added sugar. Report
I have looked at many weight watcher's products. Although they are much better for you in some ways such as weight loss, at the time there were so many other ingredients I would prefer to limit. I hope they are changing that along with flavor. Report
I will have to get the Ice Cream Sandwiches and try them. God Bless You and Have a Wonderful Week. Report
I love the raspberry mudslide! Report
Looks good may have to try them Report
they're good remember just one that's the hard part. Report
I am a Skinny Cow girl. I love their frozen treats! Report
these deserts do taste good but the trick here so not low cal or low amount of sugar of fat, it is just simple old PORTIONING.
So do not waste your money on these super expensive treats just measure your favorite ice-cream.
Read the back of the box!!!! Report
I haven't tried these and won't be able to. Last time I checked they contain fake sugar, which I am allergic to. No ice cream is worth tiny blisters in my mouth and an upset stomach. I like that Skinny Cow has products without the fake sugar. Report
I wouldn't eat that, if you paid me to. Report
I've had their strawberry smoothie bars in the past and once the temps climb out of the 20s, I'll pick up a box of the ice cream sandwiches. I trust WW for good flavor and healthy alternatives. Report
I'm a skinny cow fan but I do like the taste of the WW stuff. SK is less expensive though... Report
Love the giant latte pop and the strawberry smoothies! Report
I've only tried the English Toffee Crunch Bars and they are really good, I only buy them a few times a year though Report
Can't eat just one. So...... Report
I love the WW products..my favorite dessert is Strawberry Smoothie Bars!! they are awesome!! 1 serving is actually two bars..but I usually have just one!!! Report
I like skinny cow better. Or making my own with grahm crackers.. Report
