I'm having a hard time listening to the radio station because the commentators are talking over each other and interrupting the guest speakers. - 2/4/2013   12:55:34 PM

I've really enjoyed these broadcasts. So far each time I've listened, I've been de-seeding a pomegranate. Standing at my sink with the pomegranate in warm water, it's wonderful to concentrate on great advice. The team of Karen and Lily are so much fun - it's clear they love each other and have a lot to offer. I like that their information is fact-based and they are up-to-date on the research. - 1/11/2013   8:39:27 PM

Would be excellent if show was deaf - friendly!! A transcript would be excellent. The Deaf/HH SparkTeam would appreciate not bring left out of the fun. Please reach our to your Sparkers who have hearing losses. We didn't ask to be deaf. And as SparkPeople makes recommendations for alternative ways to exercise for those with physical " different-ability ", is it too much to provide an alternative to the information presented on the SparkPeople Radio? I have reached out in email to both presenters and received no response. Even a posing showing the URL address of similar articles, blogs, SparkPage, SparkRecipes etc thst tie into the day's discussion would be a huge help.

    Thanks!

I keep getting the same show over and over and the directions are not all that clear to me... but I have to read the small print and often I don't .
on the whole the banter is fine and I can stand it but it is really elementary.
but I figured out I have to change the show I am listening to....
    Slow but steady. - 1/9/2013   1:14:51 PM
