    Thanks for the 'learn to love squats' article. I would like to have a nice booty like I did in college but don't always want to do 2 sets of squats when I get home from work. But if I can squeeze in a few here and there that will help my backside firm up.     The one about water workouts. Certainly applicable when a pool gets too crowded, there are too many kids around, and lap swimming then is out of the question. I found, contrary to popular belief (even by personal trainers) water exercise is NOT nothing. Using hand buoys, paddles, or webbed gloves for resistance it does burn calories. And it can be very relaxing. I am not sure I want impact exercise in the water with foot problems like I have, even if you are 1/8th your land weight ...

    Deep water running (wearing a floating belt) is very hard exercise that is low impact ...

    Since I'm about to get my kitchen remodeled, that article title grabbed my interest, but the contents of the article were lacking. I was expecting to see more about what needs to happen to get an A or B.

    The running shoe article was really good though. The other night when I ran/walk, my feet went numb - and I was thinking its probably my shoes. I'm not sure when I bought my current pair, but I will start logging that information now! - 9/5/2010   2:46:39 PM

    I loved the five pumpkin recipes! I live in the deep south and everyone here thinks pumpkin is a bad word--we are full of sweet potato queens. My favorite day of the year is Thanksgiving when I can bite into the indescribably creamy bite of pumpkin pie. Sweet potato pie is stringy! - 9/5/2010   12:16:36 PM
    When do you replace your runners was great. I think it's time for a new pair, but sometimes I feel like I'm buying too many pairs of shoes...and my hubby will sometimes ask me why I need a new I can show him this and tell him that I can buy a new pair every three months. lol - 9/5/2010   10:31:29 AM
