    I really enjoyed the "In Your Face Fitness"! My mother-in-law is always passing her Self and Women's Fitness magazines to me, I appreciate some of the other titles she gives to me, but I've tried to pass on the "health" ones. I have the same impression as the author of the article...a soap for cellulite, blueberries will magically shrink my belly ect. It all seems so absurd, and then to have a photo-shopped celebrity on the cover...at least show their cellulite. :) - 8/2/2010   10:16:42 AM

    Invest in your BONE BANK was of most interest to me since I'm 60. Thankfully as a child and teen I drank lots of milk growing up on a farm, so I made STRONG bones back when I could, but even though my scans now are good, I want to KEEP all the bone I have, so love these articles. I just read that taking calcium supplements didn't work, so NOW it is about EATING the right food to get my calcium. - 8/2/2010   9:42:31 AM

    I didn't have any problems clicking on the bone bank one either.

    I already take the calcium supplements and the vitamin D, on the advice of my oncologist. I have osteopenia, and bone mets from breast cancer. And also some of my cancer treatments deplete my body of calcium. - 8/1/2010   5:58:57 PM

    My favorite is "See Ya, Sodium! (HG's Salt-Slashed Product Roundup!)". I have heart failure and fluid retention is a big problem, so I try to keep my sodium intake as low as possible. If I go above 1500 I can count on problems, and that's not an easy number to stay under since there is so much hidden sodium in foods. There was a lot of good information and I discovered some new low/no sodium products.
