I've used acupressure points when I have done labor support for comfort and also to stimulate the release of oxytocin and also taught it to the partners. On the flip side, there are pressure points to avoid stimulating if pregnant.

I commented on Acupuncture101 since it has bee so helpful to me when traditional Dr did not help at all. Way to go little needles in the right hands Pat in Maine. - 5/22/2011   9:58:58 PM

I eye-doctor tips were interesting. On the exercises, where did they come up with the name BURPEES for the Squat-thrust? It certainly look like the same old exercise I remember from grade school. Does Burpee come from making you belch and pee? Good grief. - 5/22/2011   8:35:38 PM

I also liked the eye doctor tips. Checked out the sweet potato recipe and two of the exercise blogs. Don't always like the websites that the links go to. - 5/22/2011   12:35:50 PM
