I am TOTALLY going to make the walking work station today!!! I re-did my office two years ago and although I love it, I think balancing the time I don't need the printer, the fax, etc. and spending those minutes/hours walking at the same time is going to be amazing! I thought the comments for "Just How Dangerous Is Sitting All Day?" was the most interesting part. There's a link with information on how to turn your treadmill into a work station and a link for FitDesk. I've never heard of this before but it seems like such a smart idea! "Just How Dangerous Is Sitting All Day?" really made me think about ways I can reduce my sitting time during the day. I never thought about sitting being such an unhealthy thing to do. I also liked "Sunscreen Lingo Exposed: How to Decipher Sunscreen Labels" since it will help me be better informed when I shop for sunscreen. Report
