The Campbell soup story was just another example of a lawsuit happy public. People need to educate themselves and take control over their own health. READ the nutrition label! The 30-minute workout, no gym required was a bit confusing. Some of the exercises were a bit much to say the least, and not explained very well. HA!, I also didn't know I didn't know how to tie my shoes, lol! I always double tie them when I'm exercising or working. Never had any untie on me. And last but not least, what my skin is telling me. I am so glad my skin isn't telling me about any of these things, some of them are just plain ugly! Thanks for the entertaining reading :) - 4/4/2011   3:57:26 PM

I thought the Baobab article was interesting...I used to live in Madagascar and I never saw people eating this fruit. I'm going to email a friend who's still living there and tell her to check it out! - 4/3/2011   6:16:03 PM

I read most all the blogs, for it never hurts to learn more. More one knows the more independent one can be in alot ways.As to naked yoka, kind ah goes with learn to love your body. Most people dont even like their picture taken, but I was told if you dont love thy self ,how can you know how to love others? We are born naked,it is only after we grow up that we get concern about our bodies, from how others talk of it.Just like when young we dont look at skin color when we played, but learn from folks as we get older how they are viewed and thought of. And besides we are not to judge others in the 1st place ,but most do. Ah such is life? I ask how can there be peace and harmony in the world the way most judge others ? let alone selfs. - 4/3/2011   1:53:56 PM

I liked the one about Campbells Soup. As someone who needs to eat foods with lower sodium, this is one story I will keep an eye on. I also love the 30 minute workout. I will be able to do that someday soon! - 4/3/2011   10:59:38 AM

Campbells article is interesting. I love the line about the women not being expected to read the back of the can. I think the 'case' is outrageous but we are a lawsuit happy culture that loves to blame other people for everything wrong in our life. - 4/3/2011   8:03:01 AM
