the veggie burger - I have been looking for a great tasting veggie burger to spice up my vegan diet. This one looks terrific. Also, the sweet potato, carrot and dried fruit casserole looks like a great dessert - can't wait to try it. - 2/3/2011   6:49:35 AM

One Month to a Healthier Heart:
Fruits and vegetables, pedometer (or exercise), prioritize sleep, de-stress (Sparkpeople social networking).

It's what we are doing here on SP. And avoid the snack bar at Sam's Club or Costco. I was in line but realized that the 4 or 5 men in front of me were huge. They had enormous stomachs. I don't want an enormous stomach. I turned around and left. - 1/30/2011   4:04:58 PM

I have made cookbooks for my children and grandchildren with family recipes in them. They love them. This reminds us of the good
times we had with family members who have gone home to the Lord. - 1/30/2011   12:25:29 PM
