Fruits and vegetables, pedometer (or exercise), prioritize sleep, de-stress (Sparkpeople social networking).
It's what we are doing here on SP. And avoid the snack bar at Sam's Club or Costco. I was in line but realized that the 4 or 5 men in front of me were huge. They had enormous stomachs. I don't want an enormous stomach. I turned around and left. - 1/30/2011 4:04:58 PM
