I enjoyed Hula Hopping in S. Florida. Who doesn' t love to act like a kid again. I recently tried to use my daughter's hula hoop; It is so much harder than I remember--but was so much fun. - 10/4/2010   2:33:43 PM

I enjoyed the "Crocks of Love" article. I am excited to try the Big Sweet N' Spicy Veggie Pot recipe! I have been looking for a new veggie slow cooker meal and this looks perfect. - 10/4/2010   1:38:44 PM

I made the pumpkin pie brownie cupcakes earlier this week for my son's 12th birthday. they were tasty, a little spicier than my kids' taste, but everyone agreed they were even nicer the next day.

the crockpot vegetable dish looks yummy, so i think i'll make it this week.

    thanks! - 10/4/2010   9:23:58 AM

Loved the Squashed Beans recipe. Will definitely try that one. Totally NOT what I thought it was going to be... I had imaged something like hummus ... Not the bright Mex beans in the squash! Very pretty, very creative. - 10/3/2010   3:43:27 PM

I read the breast cancer story, the one about second opinions and the tai chi story. BC self congratulatory ad by food co. OTOH, the 2nd opinon and tai chi stories were worth printing out, especially since I have a second opinion visit coming up soon. Thanks! - 10/3/2010   10:39:41 AM

I enjoyed "Frozen Food Lies: A Shiny, Gooshy Mess in a Box". Who hasn't prepared one of these and it wasn't even close to what was on the box? Also, the Oatmeal Topping one gives you some nice choices to liven up your oatmeal. - 10/3/2010   9:31:43 AM
