Sounds like a good warm up. It's been too hot to exercise outside, so Leslie's walks, is great to use.

I love Leslie! I have at least 10 of her dvds so I can switch them around and never get bored. My favorite is still the dvd that has the 1 and 2 mile walks on it. It's great for the days I just want to do the basics but still get in a walk. - 7/27/2011   9:48:24 AM

I enjoy Leslie's watp dvds and have been using them in alternations for over 6yrs. My favorites are the 3 mile bootcamp w/bands called walk weight loss Bootcamp.and the 2 mile interval walk called The Big Burn 2 miles of intervals. When I started using the 2 mile interval dvd I really started to see a change in my waist and abdomen... It may seem like a cake walk but I really break sweat with these dvds! I also add them with Bob Harper's Pure Burn Super Strength the inside out method dvd for a total workout. Interval training seems to show the fastest improvements and feels great. I found leslie's Bootcamp dvd at walmart and it comes with 2 Bandset (red and yellow). The dvd is divided into introduction and 3 separate miles, cool dn and slimming moves for $14.95. It's well worth the price. The 2 mile interval is Boostedwalking and jogging which I ordered online at Amazon. com. They carry a lot of her dvds and you can even buy used dvds in good shape. I bought supercharged 4mile walk for 4.98 like new. Target also carrys her dvds but I have found them a lot cheaper searching the internet... - 7/26/2011   9:08:33 PM

I love Leslie. I have used her DVD's for years. Whenever the weather is not suitable for walking outdoors, Leslie is my go to exercise program. I have 5 of her programs to rotate. She always energizes and inspires me to
keep going. She is the best. - 7/26/2011   1:23:50 PM

I found the Leslie Sansone workouts last January after someone posted a link on one of the Spark people message boards. They were a Godsend last winter when the snow cancelled school - I could walk with the laptop on the table while I kept an eye on my kids watching a movie in the same room. They also helped when I was recovering from a knee injury - I started back very gradually, but they were gentle enough to do - and the few moves that hurt I just didn't do - I walked instead. Now I can do all of them.
I've used them on vacations in my hotel room and right now while it's too hot and sticky outside. I have several DVDs and downloads, and I do whichever one I have time for, usually 2 or 3 miles. - 7/26/2011   9:14:57 AM

I wouldn't be where I am today without Leslie's DVD's. I hate working out, especially around others. I hated to move, except walking outdoors randomly when weather permitted. Just beginning slowly with her DVD's, I am now up to 45 min/3 mile workouts. The best part, I really enjoy her DVD's, She is very motivating and inspirational. I'm so glad I discovered these, my body has really changed more than I ever thought it could. This is much better than just a weight goal!! - 7/26/2011   9:02:53 AM

The reason I like walking best is that it doesn't cost anything or require special equipment and it is so peaceful on a really stressful day. - 7/26/2011   8:26:40 AM

Ha, I just completed a Leslie walk and what do I log on to see! I really got into Leslie walks after an accident last year and the only thing I am allowed to do is walk. Her walks are easy going, yet challenges you to keep walking ... even if its for only a mile a day.

Its great on rainy days and lately, when the weather has been too hot to walk outside.

I also love the walkathome site - can't beat that gym membership. - 7/26/2011   7:24:41 AM

I use the Leslie walks when the weather is bad and on days when I walk alone. I love her upbeat attitude and she makes me want to do my best. - 7/26/2011   6:49:10 AM
