Does your breakfast change with the seasons? In the summertime, I'm a cold cereal or a almond butter-and-banana toast kind of gal, but as soon as the temperature drops, I eat oatmeal every morning.
Topped with a handful of chopped nuts (almonds, pecans or walnuts), some dried cranberries or raisins, a bit of ground flax seed and a teaspoon of cinnamon, this hearty breakfast keeps me going until lunch.
