    Exercise in Middle Age - it's great to be reminded of the benefits of exercise. I'm afraid of falling off the exercise wagon once I reach goal weight. Knowing there are so many health benefits is a great incentive. - 9/3/2012   2:54:42 AM

    Cheap Health Foods has some really great ideas. Today I bought a large amount of summer squash very cheap, brought it home, washed it, sliced it then froze it. I do this with many things that I find really cheap. My deep freeze is full. That leaves me with milk, yogurt, cottage cheese, etc. Reduces my shopping bills! - 9/2/2012   9:38:17 PM

    Transplant Centers Struggle With Donor Obesity is certainly an interesting article. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that being obese puts a strain on a person's kidneys so having TWO of them makes sense. That man who lost 70# so he could donate still runs the risk of regaining the weight if he doesn't work daily to keep it off.
