    High Fiber foods was very informative. So I'll be fitting kiwi, raspberries, peas, leeks, onions, asparagas and nuts into my diet. I might even try Bulgar.
    I saw many foods I already like and eat and a few I'll have to try.

    I found the articles on breaking the sugar habits and carb cravings to interest me quite a bit. I never noticed that after not eating for a long time I craved carbs more. I would really have liked to read the one on boosting energy, but every time I went to that page it would jump to someething entirely different and not let me go back. - 7/2/2012   12:58:30 PM

    Anything about "craving" catches my eye. "Craving Carbs on an empty stomach."

    I've been reading a lot about Gherlin the "Hunger Hormone" and Leptin the other hormone that says you have eaten enough. Gary Taubes' "WHY WE GET FAT AND WHAT TO DO ABOUT IT" is well worth reading. - 7/1/2012   6:50:19 AM
