Great article about de-cluttering. Setting a number for the number of items to get rid of really gives the task an end point, a goal.
As far as pro-longing the life of my workout gear, I pretty much do what was written in the article except I line-dry everything. I know some clothing is ok to go in the dryer but line drying for technical clothing is better. - 2/12/2012   10:55:46 PM

The article on decluttering was good. I followed "THE SLOB SISTERS" Pam Young and Peggy Jones who had so much help on how to manage and be organized, so I was able to deal with five children. Also, I read Denise Schofield's "SECRETS OF AN ORGANIZED HOUSEWIFE" as she had five children & a huge house. Keeping a rotating file was vital so I had a schedule. - 2/12/2012   8:56:26 AM
