I usually don't comment about not so nice comments but I was shocked at the complaints. This site is offering tons of great tips, recipes, etc.. It is the readers responsibility to use any information wisely. Be happy to have the information readily available and if it doesn't suit what you are looking for......look elsewhere. - 11/18/2011   4:10:48 PM

It bugs me that you have to join family circle's website in order to see the recipes. If its going to be connected to this blog, shouldn't we already be logged in to see it? I don't really need more emails. - 11/17/2011   4:36:10 PM

Why oh why do the food photos of pasta ALWAYS look like 4 times as much pasta as are in ONE serving???? Seriously. You wanna talk about portion control here? The food photos are outta control! And where the heck are the veggies on the chicken plate? I find this more than kind of annoying because your photos DO NOT MATCH what Spark preaches. How do you think that makes someone feel when they are at the start of their journey? It gives them a false sense that they can eat a LOT of food (pasta) and still lose weight. - 11/17/2011   8:43:47 AM

    I might give the chicken recipe a try. - 11/16/2011   11:43:13 PM

Is it just me, or do other people think that if someone wants to eat "vegan" that you just leave out the cheese, milk, and sausage from the recipe? Guess with the "Fried chicken" you eat more corn flakes and have the mashed potatoes.
LOL, What else is there to do? LOL I grew up on a farm, so never thought anything about not having Fried Chicken. - 11/16/2011   10:26:09 PM

There are many great vegetarian recipes on this site. I'm guessing there are not a lot of vegan ones though.

My local market makes a terrific spicy italian sausage with ground turkey breast. It makes such delicious recipes. I stuff peppers with it, use it in my favorite italian recipes. Look for it/ask for it in your favorite market. - 11/16/2011   8:02:55 PM
Love sausage & linguine but don't often go there. This one doesn't sound too toxic so I may give it a try one day. - 11/16/2011   1:07:24 PM
It would be nice if some recipes on this site would be vegan or at least vegetarian... SO MANY DELICIOUS comfort foods without cholesterol and non-fiber meats.
Check out my favorite website and do yourself (and the world) a flavor: - 11/16/2011   10:33:35 AM
