Congratulations!

Can you believe the holidays are here again? We’re already getting a little excited at the SparkPeople offices. (I’ve been listening to Christmas music since November 1. Don’t judge!) The holidays are a really fun time around here—we usually have a ''Secret Santa'' exchange, informal get-togethers and a hefty dose of holiday pranks. This year, we want to share our joy of the season with YOU by hosting a special 8-week holiday giveaway series! Every Friday for the next eight weeks, we will be giving away a product to help support you on your journey to a healthier life. Consider it our holiday gift to you!

This week, we are giving away a prize to THREE lucky winners, courtesy of Cassey Ho over at Blogilates! Cassey creates some awesome fitness apparel, and this adorable bottle from her oGorgeous boutique tops our list. The colorful 20-ounce bottle comes with a shaker ball if you want to use it for your post-workout protein shake. It's BPA free and dishwasher safe, too. Each bottle is printed with the phrase "Sore Today, Strong Tomorrow," so it's guaranteed to get you pumped for your gym sessions. Enter to win one to help you stay hydrated (and motivated) during your workout!

Don't forget to check back with us every Friday through January 3rd, 2014 for more fun and useful prizes for your active lifestyle!

What's your favorite water bottle to use while working out? What makes it your favorite?

Mine is like the description of DPF1206'S Contigo bottle but mine is an “intak” by Thermos. - 11/19/2013   8:32:31 AM

I like my Brita blue squeeze bottle, because it has a filter in it so I can get water from anywhere. Yes, I do taste the difference. This botle-"Sore today strong tomorrow" would be a great motivator. - 11/18/2013   7:21:49 AM

I don't think I've found my favorite water bottle yet...this might just be it! Love the words -- I always appreciate that sore feeling as the result of my efforts. I have several stainless bottles I use and like, but the screw-off lids make it a little more time consuming to take a quick drink. I have a couple of plastic bottles that I use and like, too...but they tend to leak if the bottle gets turned over in my gym bag. I tend to like a bottle that lets the water out quickly rather than having to squeeze or get it in squirts out of the top. One of my plastic bottles has a flip top spout that lets the water out quickly -- BUT several times it's gotten laid sideways and totally drenched things. - 11/17/2013   7:14:56 PM

I like the saying. I like that it is bpa free. I could use another water bottle. I only have a couple but i use them everyday. Thanks spark people. Very generous of you. - 11/16/2013   2:41:16 PM

I hope it is made in the USA. I never buy a water bottle that is made in China...I just don't trust them and their manufacturing ingredients. Nalgene all the way! - 11/16/2013   1:59:37 PM

I don't care for the saying on this water bottle. It harkens back to the olden days when the mantra was "no pain, no gain." I would have hoped that Sparkpeople would be more exclusive in choosing giveaways.

As for water bottles, I buy refillable bottles by Rubbermaid. They have several varieties including a fliptop with a straw. - 11/16/2013   11:32:22 AM

I like my collapsable water bottle. It collapses when empty to remind me to fill up and it stores away like when walking the dog... It is also my favorite color, orange and has a cool big clip that I can attach to my belt loop or my gym bag or my purse or... - 11/15/2013   10:28:16 PM

I have an absolutely awesome WaterTracker bottle that has a wide opening for the base lid so I can get ice in it, mesh on the screw top lid to keep the ice from flying into my mouth, a wide mouthed drinking opening. On top of that it has a marker to keep track of how many I've drank that day, from 1-3. The side has measurements for ounces and cups.

It makes it super easy to track and achieve my water intake every day. - 11/15/2013   8:23:21 PM

I use Bios h20 PBA free water bottles. They have a push button release so you don't need a straw. I fill them with Kangen Alkaline water I make right from my machine. Best water EVER! - 11/15/2013   3:44:19 PM

I buy two or three bottles of water approximately quart size (33.8 oz.) from a grocery store, the heavier, thicker plastic type that I refill with tap water daily and put in the freezer. Thicker plastic keeps it from splitting or springing leaks when refreezing lots of times. Then I drink as it thaws and have ice water all the time! - 11/15/2013   3:16:11 PM

My favorite water bottle for workouts is a Camelback one that I picked up at a Tough Mudder run. I didn't run, a friend did - but it inspires me to BE TOUGH!! - 11/15/2013   2:40:03 PM

I was given a free blender bottle while on one of my regular shopping trips at GNC. I love it! It's large (28 oz) and is great for blending both protein shakes and things like Metamucil (whenever I need it). It's also BPA-free, made from recycled materials and made by the original Blender Bottle company.

I absolutely LOVE it. It's so convenient! I juice my own low-sugar fruits & veggies and sometimes when you leave the mixture sitting for a bit everything separates. It's nice to be able to quickly & easily mix it back up! I also take it with me on trips. It doubles as a measuring cup for liquid ounces. :) - 11/15/2013   1:59:58 PM

Thanks for the chance to win! I also like the idea of the shaker ball. I've been considering a purchase so it's easier to make shakes but this would be an inexpensive way to do that instead! - 11/15/2013   10:15:53 AM

Just carry the bottled water i purchase at the grocery store. I did get one at StarBucks last year but it leaked.
This one with a shaker would be great.

I use a large 74oz water bottle I got at Walmart, holds 8 glasses of water so I know once it has gone I have hit my daily mark. - 11/15/2013   9:42:35 AM

My favorite bottle is an existent one! Right now I either reuse a regular plastic bottle (not good for me, I know) or use the teeny tiny cups at the gym. My favorite machine at the gym resets when I get off for even 2 seconds, so not having water handy is a pain! - 11/15/2013   8:35:47 AM

My water bottle is a Contigo (got it at Walmart). it has a button to press to drink; doesn't leak when it tips; holds 24 oz; is narrow enough to fit in cup holders; and has a loop I can carry it by so my hands can be full and I still have my bottle. - 11/15/2013   8:32:36 AM
