I'm diabetic, and all these choices are too high carb and too high sodium for my blood pressure. Sorry to rain on the Fazoli's parade. - 11/22/2011   12:12:38 PM

I went to Fazoli's just the other day. I got the spaghetti with meat sauce. I actually made 3 meals out of the huge serving they gave me! I really like Fazoli's but I don't go there very often. - 11/22/2011   8:05:37 AM

They closed the Fazoli's in my neighborhood but as I travel, I enjoy the Chicken Penne & Peppers or any kind of chicken and./or cheese ravioli. I normally do not order spaghetti as it is something simple which I can make at home. The sodium count is quite high but you choose your battles! - 11/22/2011   7:10:31 AM

To me Spaghetti is a "cheap" food, so I never waste money eating out at an Italian restaurant. I can cook spaghetti at home. - 11/21/2011   11:43:03 PM

If I need a quick lunch, I get a kids meal spaghetti marinara. Calories in regular dishes may seem high but its also bc the portion is huge. I am a 6'1 female and find the kids portion plus two breadsticks to work for me. - 11/21/2011   10:31:27 PM

Has anyone else done the math on the fat content? Not much low fat here! Stick to the spaghetti & marinera! - 11/21/2011   8:21:45 PM

I thought had misread this article. I do not see this as a good menu for kids. Sodium and high calories. No Problem i doubt there are any in Maine. - 11/21/2011   8:00:56 PM

Guess I'm not going to get to try it anytime soon. Nearest one to me is 500 miles away. - 11/21/2011   5:59:28 PM

I love wheat past. I love white sauce. I'll have to agree of all the meals to make at home, pasta is the easiest. - 11/21/2011   5:18:34 PM

ugh Fazoli's food tastes disgusting your better off taking the 10 minutes at home and making your own pasta - 11/21/2011   5:14:19 PM

Yep, that was my first thought...the sodium values are out of this world. Even the kids menus are pushing it...especially for kids. This is a start I guess. Not new to restaurants though. Here in our town we have an Applebee's on the south end of town and an Outback Steakhouse on the north end. Great food, but we call them the "north salt lick" and the "south salt lick." for a reason. =) - 11/21/2011   4:11:17 PM

Whole Wheat Penne with Marinara certainly must have more Sodium than 111mg when you look at the high sodium counts on most everything else.
