    Interesting articles. Personally I don't ban any food. What has happened is I eat healthy because that's MY desire. I have an occasional goodie or two. But I remain in my health and fitness eating plan. Moving forward and thinking ahead. Some people may ban foods but in my case, it's not necessary. I have favorites that I don't even miss!
