My workout equipment centers around my workout DVD collection - not large - about a dozen, but varied - some cardio, some weights, some pilates and some yoga. Several of the videos have short workouts on them that can be done if I have minimal time. I have several sets of dumbells from 1lb to 20, a 15 lb kettlebell, a stability ball, a step, a foam roller, some resistance bands of varying strengths and I have a homemade bench. I probably use the weights and the step more than anything. I love that it is all inexpensive, takes up minimal room and available anytime I am ready for it. I don't have to go out to a gym on a cold dark evening or worry about if my shirt matches my workout pants or even if my hair is combed. Its the no excuses gym. - 1/10/2010   3:29:48 PM

We own a BowFlex, exercise ball, yoga pieces - mat, strap, and block, 5lb dumbells, ab roller and recently wii fit. Right now I am using everything but the bowflex. During the week I try to use the abroller, ball and weights for different exercises. On the weekends I like to do yoga. The wii fit I am doing with my husband in the evenings and it is fun to do the different balance games as well as get some yoga stretches in. :) - 12/25/2009   9:06:23 AM

I have a health walker.........somewhat like the Tony Little walker.........it has been feeling neglected lately I will admit..........I have been using dumbells to do therapy.....I may continue that since I have seen how well it tones your arms - 12/23/2009   6:48:07 PM
I use my Leslie Sansone DVDs and my stability ball the most. My stationary bike and handweights are used fairly regularly, too. I've had bands for a couple of years but haven't used them because I haven't taken the time to look for exercises to do with them! Maybe I'll make that one of my fitness resolutions! LOL My pedometer doesn't stay put (resets itself everytime it falls off and hits the ground!) so I gave up on it. - 12/23/2009   5:45:56 PM

I use my pedometer, my elliptical trainer, resistance band, and hand weights on a regular basis. Almost every morning before work I use Exercise TV. - 12/23/2009   3:09:12 PM

I own a stability ball but I don't know how to use it...that would be great to learn how. I have a pedometer but don't know how to use it either. The only thing I use regularly are my legs haha I try to get in walking where ever I can. - 12/23/2009   3:02:53 PM
I have a treadmill which I use regularly in the winter (icy and snow covered sidewalks) and dumbbells which I use infrequently - 12/23/2009   3:00:48 PM

I am a pedometer junkie! Unfortunately, that is the only thing I own that I can still say I consistently USE : (

I resolve to get back to doing what I know is good for me! I will use the Leslie Sansone DVD's, the treadmill, the hand weights and resistance bands that I own and haven't used in awhile. - 12/23/2009   1:39:26 PM
I use hand weights, resistance bands, a speed rope, a bike, and my feet! - 12/23/2009   1:20:05 PM

I have a stability ball, some weights, resistance bands, balance board, jump rope, elliptical, and bicycle. I am also a member of a local gym, where I walk and do circuit training. - 12/22/2009   11:01:50 PM

At home, I use 5 and 8 pound weights, stability ball, exercise mat, and I'm getting a resistance band for Christmas. I also have a gym membership so I pretty much have access to most machines I need. - 12/22/2009   10:13:04 PM

I have a recumbent bike that doesn't get used as much as it should.... But, I have everything in the starter kit and use them regularly. I do a "Weights In Motion" class twice a week that uses a very small inflatible ball, but not a stability ball and dumbbells. So, on my 34d day of strength training each week or when I can't make it to class I use my stability ball and/or resistance band and/or dumbbells.... I use SP videoes online and from DVDs I purchased to do my at home workouts. - 12/22/2009   10:09:50 PM
i use the resistance bands the most. love the extra challenge it add. i also use hand weights especially when i'm working out on the wii. :-) - 12/22/2009   9:55:31 PM
I go to the Y for all my fitness workouts other than walking. If I had the ball and some weights I would use those at home on the days I'm too lazy to leave the house or on days when the weather doesn't make it convenient to go to the Y. - 12/22/2009   9:27:19 PM
Would love winning this to help change up routine! - 12/22/2009   9:02:45 PM

I don't have much, an old stationary bike and some weights, 3, 5 and 8 lbs., that's it. I have a membership to a gym, but because of gas prices and sometimes health issues haven't been going, which makes me feel like I wasted a lot of money that could have went for something else. - 12/22/2009   3:24:16 PM

I just received my starter kit, and I am starting it today. I used the pedometer and was really surprised the steps that I counted manually, was not an accurate count. The pedometer said I was walking further than I calculated. So, now I have an accurate measure for that, plus the DVD is so great, I don't have to take time to go on-line to learn the exercises and decide what is the best work out using all my new equiptment -- My exercises are now continual keeping my heart rate up. Those Sparky folks are GREAT!!! They always have something new and fun to do. Thank you & Merry Christmas - 12/22/2009   2:34:53 PM
I do have a gym membership, but I also have a treadmill, balance ball, resistance bands, weighted gloves. - 12/22/2009   2:17:18 PM

I have atreadmill-treadclimber & a Bowflex Extrem 2se WHICH I use all my bubbies .I also have a 'Bean' which is almost like a ball but shaped like a bean...Good Luck ALL!!..;-) - 12/22/2009   1:30:22 PM
walking mostly w/ Leslie Sansone videos'. I use dumbbells, bands, ball, etc... - 12/22/2009   12:41:30 PM
I have to start by saying that I have already worn out 2 stationary bikes and a resistance style weight bench in my lifetime, so I DO use equipment I buy.

Right now, I have a Wii with WiiFit Plus that I've been using almost every day (love the Rhythm Boxing!). I also have a huge collection of yoga and fitness DVDs and tapes that I use fairly often, rotating so I don't get bored with any one activity. I also have a Gazelle glider, which, I have to admit, I don't use much anymore. When I first got it, I was on it every day, but after a while, the charm wore off. I have a balance ball with resistance bands and a separate set of resistance bands that I have only used once or twice. I also have dumbells that I used to use all the time, but haven't touched in a while.

Now that I'm reading how much stuff I have that I haven't used in a while, I'm making another New Year's resolution. During the first two months of 2010, I pledge to incorporate all my fitness equipment into my workouts. Anything I haven't touched by February 28, I'll donate to charity or pass on to somebody else. - 12/22/2009   12:32:48 PM

I own/use quite a bit of equipment regularly - meaning at least once a month! TRX, stretchy bands, bosu, weighted gloves, pace mates, barbell, free weights, mat, bench, pullup bar, stability ball, step, bike. And let's not forget the tiger tail, to help rub out soreness :) Less frequently used but still handy: gliders, yoga blocks, jump rope. Am learning to make better use of my kettlebells. Just bought a set of medicine balls for Christmas. And, of course, the usual gadgets like polar HRM, GoWearFit, cadence meter for bike, and ipod. - 12/22/2009   12:26:37 PM

I have an exercise bicycle, weights up to 15 pounds, balance ball (but I want another one to sit on at work), Wii with workout "games," resistance bands (that are wearing out) and a bunch of DVDs. I use all but the DVDs pretty regularly. The resistance bands travel with me. - 12/22/2009   11:27:57 AM

I have about 20 DVDs, various free weights, a stability ball, resistance band (too light for me now), cardio steps, etc., but I'm always looking for more to keep it fresh. - 12/22/2009   11:11:02 AM

I have a weight bench, one 8lb dumbell, and a heart-rate monitor that I DO USE. I have, but don't use, a pedometer, 8 workout DVDs, and I guess that's about it. I just moved away from home where there was a treadmill, jump rope, hula hoop, exercise bike, and bowflex. I used all of those. Now I only do when I go home to do some laundry. - 12/22/2009   10:56:58 AM
