Their first dailySpark contribution, an interview with the queen of quick cleaning, the FlyLady, was a huge hit among our readers. Now, Chris and Lisa are back with an interview I just know all of you are going to like: Coach Nicole!

Did you miss the link to the Skinny Scoopers' "Scooper Star" interview with Leah (SPRING4FAL)?

Leah is a SparkPeople success story. She was featured in The Spark and is just plain adorable. Listen in as we chat with Leah today about being real, taking it one day at a time and making the best choices you can with food and moving.

About the Skinny Scoopers: They certainly aren’t woefully skinny, nor do they think you should be! Chris & Lisa are NOT dietitians. They’re not nutritionists, herbalists, acupuncturists, or hypnotherapists. Call them a couple of diet detectives... they are mothers and journalists who like so many others, STRUGGLE to stay at a healthy weight! These two embrace the belief that looking and feeling your best isn’t some far off destination or goal tied to a number on the scale... it’s a choice. A choice you make every day regardless of where you are in your weight loss efforts. Between them, they’ve lost over 100 pounds. Between them, they’ve worn many hats in life... news anchor, business developer, developer, mom, wife, researcher, freelance writer & reporter. Now they put those skills to their highest use... helping each other and helping YOU stay on the path of better living with information, encouragement, and a little entertainment too!

Seems a little weird, though, to hear Coach Nicole's voice while I'm at my desk at work, hardly moving. I feel like I should run home for my resistance band. :) - 4/30/2010   11:46:50 AM

I just heard the ipod broadcast and it was awesome! I have been feeling a little burnt out by going to the gym and now that I know I don't have to kill myself everytime I go because there are other alternatives, like Coach Nicole's DVD. I so going to order it next week when I get paid. - 4/29/2010   1:02:05 PM

It is so encourageing to hear or read about successful Sparkers. Being able to see and hear what they did to succeed gives hope to those of us still on our journey to that final weight goal and then on to daily life maintenance. I love to cheer for the one who reaches their goal. One day soon I will be able to be among them thanks to Spark and my fellow Sparkers. - 4/28/2010   11:30:49 AM

If you are having trouble with opening windows you may need to update your browser. Open your iTunes, enter Skinny Scoopers in the search box in the podcast section and it should come up. You may have to update your internet explorer. A lot a people don't update when ask but there are plugins needed to see stuff like video. I hate updating too but I have a MAC and I like firefox instead of internet explorer (for my PC) which is great for PC user also. good luck and let me know if I can help - 4/28/2010   9:59:36 AM
