Awesome!!~ My Wii is in our truck with me it's my main source of a work out, besides walking. plus, with being on the road drivng 24/6 most weeks. A ten minute work out, I would be able to fit that into my work schedule easy and not miss my workout for days at a time. - 8/23/2010   1:47:04 PM

I have used my WiiFitPlus everyday since I purchased it 435 days ago. It is fun and you can do as much or little as you choose each day. As we get older the balance games are good for us as well as the more intense exercise one might do. The 10 min. exercises sound great. - 8/22/2010   10:00:33 PM

I love the WII and WII Fit. When I first started on Sparks, I only tracked food. Due to health issues I didn't really know how or what to do for exercise. I was visiting my dad when I discovered the WII Fit. I loved it! I could do a little or a lot. The games made exercising fun and wham...now I exercise almost every day! My exercise program almost always includes either WII Fit or EA Active. I'd love to add this program to my WII workouts! I am also doing the 28 day bootcamp, so I love those 10 minute workouts! - 8/22/2010   8:59:53 PM

I would SO LOVE to win this one. I use my Wii for doing Wii fit plus for the yoga & strength exercises and mixing them up in my routine. I am currently loving using the Wii Gold's Gym Cardio Workout game which does shape boxing and do I SWEAT! I like it since you actually box and do all the proper motions to get a full body benefits. I sure would love to give this a whirl. IF I don't win, please someone do a blog review on it, to help us out here decide if its going to be a challenging workout to add to your collections. - 8/22/2010   7:24:51 PM

I purchased Wii for a Christmas gift for our family. I heard so much about the Wii Fit Plus that I purchased it after a short time. I love it! I now exercise 5 days a week on the Wii Fit Plus and have lost 20 pounds. I had the best yearly check-up ever! I would love to have a little variety so hope to win the new 10 Min Solutions for Wii. If I don't win it, when will it be available to purchase and where will it be available? - 8/20/2010   6:20:57 PM

I don't use wii or wii fit, as I do not have them. BUT, I bought Dance Dance Revolution (DDR) for my PS2 (yeah, I'm outdated...) and PHEW! That is a workout!! I reccomend it for any of the "not-so-technologically-advanced" as myself. It was relatively cheap. And I sweat my little heart out. (Usually play for 30 - 60 minutes). You can pick your level and "supposedly" you can learn your calories burned, but I've never tried to figure this out and have only read that online.
Hope someone reads this, buys DDR, and enjoys it as much as I do :) - 8/20/2010   5:30:29 PM

Found it in Costco's not long ago and all ready purchased it. It is a great game even if I am not very good at it. Found out the hard way that I should not have done this the day before flying to Arizona. I was very sore in the legs from it. - 8/20/2010   4:52:27 PM

I love Wii workouts. I use the Wii Active More Workouts and occassionally the Wii Fit Plus. The Active has been my primary source of exercise and I have now lost 63 lbs since January. I use the Active's hard levels and build my own 1 hr workouts in which I burn 600-750 calories every morning. I higly recommend giving the Wii (especially the Active) a chance! - 8/20/2010   9:52:04 AM

I'm not going to buy a Wii as there more important things to spend that kind of money on, and didn't you folks have a story on how Wii was NOT that effective as an exercise tool several weeks ago? You want exercise? Spend six days a week building your own hangerhome with your sweetie pie, no outside help. You will become rock hard FAST. Brie - 8/20/2010   8:23:57 AM
