I have never tried to dance as exercise. I suffer from PKD and have had 6 surgeries since Dec. 11, 2008. I am ashamed to say I have gained weight after each of the surgeries. (Last surgery was Aug. 4, 2010 and I actually LOST 3 pounds). I will eventually end up on a transplant list for a kidney. Polycystic Kidney Disease is hereditary, where cysts grows on the kidney's and liver.

I joined a Planet fitness, but find doing the same thing can get boring. The gym is 40 minutes away from my home, but close to work. I would love to something to exercise to on my days off work. Or on days like today...I just got the go ahead to resume normal activity, but have nothing (no dvd's, or equipment) to exercise to.

I need motivation to lose weight so I can get on the transplant list!!!

I LOVE Jackie!! Her Personal Power Circuit Training DVD is one of my favorite fitness DVDs (along with Jillian's NMTZ). Talk about a kitt-butt workout that transforms your entire body...just wow!
