Lamb is a fantastic meat, and the flavor is such that you are satisfied with with less, at least I am. So good with garlic, rosemary and lemon, but we have recently had it in the most marvelous Halel Chinese food. Lovely. - 3/29/2011   1:43:29 PM

Ah lamb brings back childhood memories. Mom always made lamb for Easter dinner. No one in my household likes lamb. I treat myself in the Spring time when lamb is abundant at the market. I think I will try 15 Minute Rosemary Lamb Chops.
Thanks for the recipes. - 3/24/2011   3:33:38 PM

I don't buy lamb much because it's expensive, but last time I did I made Pastitsio (a Greek dish). Delicious! I like ground lamb; not a big fan of lamb chops.

BTW, gee, could some of you people be more judgemental?! It's fine if you don't eat lamb or meat at all, but hey - some of us do, and that works for us. - 3/24/2011   7:22:48 AM
