    @Jibbie - I'll have to try the parchment paper, too. We use our panini press to grill chicken, kinda like using a Foreman Grill. It won't be the same without the grill marks, but it could work for certain recipes. - 9/14/2011   3:07:22 PM

    i've never tried that parchment paper thing before... do you cook all your meats like that, chicken - beef -- pork? i use parchment paper for oven coooking.. never considered this... gotta try it, thanks!! - 9/14/2011   4:46:44 AM

    I love to cook on my George Foreman Grill. I put the meat between Parchment Paper & then have NO mess to clean up after. Works great as it "steams" the meat. - 9/14/2011   1:01:48 AM
