I love chocolate! Hungry girl has a yummy cupcake with a marshmallow topping in place of frosting that is YUMMY!! And, only 110 calories. YES!

If you have not heard of her, or tried her recipes she is really easy to find!

    Her website is http://www.hungry-girl.com /
She offers healthy swaps and alternatives to the things we LOVE to eat.
Great show and honestly the foods I have tried and snacks are ones that my Husband and I keep returning to!! - 2/26/2011   1:05:59 AM

I'll try all but the weird cheesecake/ fat free, low fat cream cheese splenda or cool whip things. I would way rather have a tiny bit of the real quality chocolate things, even with tofu than mess around with artificial ingredients. Thanks for a great chocolate blog! - 2/9/2011   9:27:21 PM

So many recipes, so little time! I wish I could try them all. The chocolate cheese cake will be first-I'll make that for DH for valentines day, but I'm not telling him it's healthy! - 2/9/2011   4:59:34 PM

Just had to save this article to my SparkFavorites. Not sure which recipe I'll make first, because they all sound delicious (yes, I do enjoy my chocolate!!). Due to dietary restrictions I drink almond milk, so I was delighted to see a pudding recipe using almond milk ("Chocolate Almond Breeze Pudding"). - 2/9/2011   7:13:48 AM

Wow, I'm a little disappointed because I don't think I'll be trying any of the recipes. The Frozen Chocolate Cheesecake Bites sound promising, but I detest sugar free chocolate syrup and would probably experiment with real cocoa.

I guess I'm a fan of the real thing in moderation; I'm also one of those rare people who can eat one square of Ghirardelli Chocolate and be satisfied - I buy one bag of the Intense Dark Collection and can make it last 4-6 weeks.

I think everyone has their individual taste preferences and needs to experiment to find what's right for them. Thanks for providing the recipes, I hope a lot of Sparkers will have a happier, guilt-free Valentine's Day! - 2/9/2011   6:42:01 AM

I really don't care about chocolate. I hate Dark Chocolate. I gained weight drinking Coke-a-Cola, which I stopped doing a couple of years ago. - 2/9/2011   1:11:06 AM
