10 Workout Songs to Get Your Body Moving
It's the third full week in January. Is your motivation to exercise still going strong? If you feel yourself starting to slip, maybe it's time to refresh your workoutsor your approach to them. One of my favorite things to do when I'm feeling blah about being active is to update my iPod with some fresh new songs. It makes "just another run" seem new and interesting, and when I find the right songs, I couldn't even sit still while listening to them if I tried!
So here are 10 workout songs that I am completely obsessed with lately. When I hear these, it's get-up-and-go-time! Hopefully you'll find a few new favorites from this list, too.

To FULLERBUNNY on Ch*istian playlists, answer is very simple: just buy anyone of the current Ch*istian exercise mags and they have play lists. And you will probably be surprised at the number of Ch*istian songs vs secular songs on those lists. - 1/20/2011 6:15:16 AM

For those who did have something mean spirited to say, I have several all Christian/Gospel playlists I put in regularly. Make your own, don't complain!!!
I also found Pandora.com thanks to another Sparker, which has really expanded my available music. I'm enjoying the Ambient Music station especially (what you might hear when you go to a spa and get a glorious massage). Try it!!! - 1/20/2011 1:28:29 AM
