I think this is a great post. Having the right music totally makes your workout that much easier - and having the wrong music makes it unbearable! I've had days where something slow and depressing comes on in the middle of my workout and all my motivation just disappears.

I will love Britney forever for a workout. Circus is my very favorite! Songs that have done it for me in the past are Since You've Been Gone- Kelly Clarkson and Bootylicious-Destiny's Child.
